Working with anxiety.Based on the work of Byron Katie this is an exercise which helps reframe, and notice the thoughts that create anxiety aren’t necessarily true and create behaviors. Some of the suggestions:Is the thought true? What behaviour does this thought create? Who would I be without this thought? I accept that this is not easy. This uncertainty is uncomfortable I accept that this uncertainty is uncomfortable. I am willing to focus on what is working right now. I AM OK….. I AM OK, I AM OK.
